Teachers would manage everything. There would be no need for Deans; every teacher would act as a Dean. Admin would be likewise minimal. Once enrolled, everything would run through the teacher.

Teachers would be in charge of programmes, and students within those programmes. A lot of new learning would take place. Teachers will plan and oversee everything within their sphere. Every teacher would learn new methods and skills.

Every teacher would be able to send a student to the discipline room, managed by the Head. If a satisfactory solution were not found, the student would be sent home / encouraged to find another school. Minimal time would be given to discipline, which would be part of the method of dealing with it.
